What would I miss?

I am going to miss my friends going to different schools, my teachers that will stay, and the school I already know so much about. I have made many memories from 5th to 8th grade, and I'm sad that it's all going to be over in 1 week. I'm also going to miss my tennis team, even though I've only been there for 3 months. Going to the commons after school is something I could only easily experience as someone going to Destin Middle School. I don't really know what will happen in high school, but I'm excited!!

What am I excited for?

I am very excited for all the new people I will meet, the friends I will keep, the friends I will see again, and to stop wearing these dumb marlin shirts. They stick to you when you're sweaty, they stick to you when its cold, they stick to you if you even think about wearing a hoodie, I hate it. Hopefully in high school, I'll have a better wardrobe. I'm also excited to have 3 whole electives. In middle school, you only get 2, and 1 is occupied by PE. But in high school, I'll get to choose from a sea of electives, like Digital Design, Spanish, American Sign Language, Weightlifting, Creative Writing, Biomed, or even bowling.

What are my plans for this summer?

This summer, I plan to practice tennis a whole lot with my friends, code better, and try to go to Universal again. Universal is fun. Last summer, I definitely watched a lot more shows, and I really miss that, so I'm gonna try and watch more shows and movies this summer. Most of it will just be sleeping, laying in bed, or hanging out with friends or family, but the end of summer is where it really gets fun. I'm actually going to start missing school, and be excited for it, gross. But I do get to buy new school supplies, including the backpack I've had since the beginning of 7th grade. I'll try to be more swaggy this year, because I refuse to wear basic black shorts everyday with my neon yellow backpack.
